Welcome to HABITATION BOHEME, a collection of unique, completely handcrafted pillow covers and gifts. I use a variety of textiles, from hand-woven silk ikats, designer prints and burlap coffee sacks to vintage shibori kimonos and tribal textiles from India, Africa, Thailand and China. My inspiration comes from the colors, textures and motifs of global cultures as well as the intrinsic beauty of things that are old and faded. My work has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens, The DIY Network, and the set of Fashion Star as well as several blogs including Apartment Therapy, ReNest, Lay Baby Lay, The Every Girl, Chautauqua Wedding and Disfunksion Magazine.
